It all began with a man called George, who opened his first shop way back in 1967, and we’ve learnt a hell of a lot since then! He wasn’t happy frying any old fish, right from the beginning only the highest quality fish he could get his hands on would do. It’s safe to say that we’re still as obsessed with what we serve today as we were back then!
